The Assistant Orchestra Personnel Manager is a managerial position functioning alongside the Director of Orchestra Personnel. This role liaises between Orchestra musicians and management and promotes a culture rich in compassion and collaboration across all departments, while providing support to Orchestra musicians in a way that enables them to do their jobs unencumbered and free of unnecessary distractions.
