Boston University's College of Fine Arts School of Music invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Choral Conducting (non-tenure-track) with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2023. The successful candidate will teach in the School's MM and DMA Conducting Programs while assuming direction of choral ensembles and contributing to the needs of the orchestral conducting program. Applicants should possess a strong background in choral conducting, a knowledge of the choral canon, a passion for developing new ways of presenting the choral arts, and a commitment to presenting emergent styles, techniques, and repertoire.
