Northfield Mount Hermon seeks a dynamic and creative individual to direct the development and implementation of the NMH theater program and its curriculum. The Director provides instruction in playwriting, acting, and directing, as well as the Performing Arts Foundation required course for ninth graders.  The position works collaboratively on productions with the program’s Technical Director and Designer, Costume Designer, and for the annual musical, with faculty members of the Dance and Music Programs, to ensure a program that supports student learning and meets contemporary theatrical standards. This position begins with the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. Responsibilities of the pos
