Position Summary: The Department of Music in the College of Arts and Sciences at North Central College seeks an adjunct faculty member to direct the North Centra College Symphony Orchestra. All candidates must hold, at a minimum, a master's degree in Orchestra Conducting. Successful experience directing an orchestra at the collegiate or professional level is also required. The director will work closely with the string faculty. Active participation in departmental recruiting and outreach events is strongly encouraged.The NCC Symphony Orchestra rehearses on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The position begins on August 1, 2025.North Central College is an EEO Employer.Founded in 1861, North Ce
