About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Resources Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will facilitate the use of technology and event-related services for chapter events, working closely with chapters to support their pre- and post-event needs. This is a part-time, temporary position with flexible hours, requiring some evening availability to accommodate different time zones.
A Typical Day May Include
Facilitating the pre-event process by maintaining the chapter event calendar and coordinating with chapters to ensure all required forms and requests are submitted on time.
Setting up and managing event programs using OpenWater, including troubleshooting and providing support as needed.
Acting as a liaison between chapters and technology platforms (OpenWater, RDMobile, membership databases) to resolve technical issues.
Generating invoices and providing cost estimates for additional services.
Offering office hours and availability for chapter leadership to address questions and provide resources.
Managing post-event tasks such as sending reminders and processing submitted materials.
About You
You have experience in theatre festival events, especially within a junior high or high school education environment.
You are proficient in using software such as OpenWater, MS Office (particularly Excel), and ideally Wrike.
You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
You are calm, patient, and solution-oriented in your approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have
Experience with the adjudication process for awards and scholarships.
