As part of our unique camp experience, each age division collaborates to stage a play showcased during our nightly assembly, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere among the boys and receiving tremendous support from the audience. Additionally, our Final Week culminates in the presentation of two plays – one by the oldest boys and another by the dedicated camp staff.

Spend the summer working at a boy’s camp in beautiful Maine! Seeking individual to co-run theater program. Theater department produces a series of one acts that each age division of campers presents. Contract runs from June 18 - August 16th.
At Winnebago, we have high expectations of our staff and we put in a lot of time and effort into selecting them. The staff is comprised of about 60 counselors ranging in age from 19--70. Counselors come from all over the world and are interesting, interested and dynamic people who have a broad range of life experience. Being a counselor at Winnebago is an extraordinary and rewarding opportunity to improve your personal and professional skills, make great friends, all while having a great time amidst a beautiful setting. You will be challenged daily as you help campers be safe, learn new skills (physical, social and emotional), and become better people.
