The School of Music in the Cynthia Ann Parker College of Liberal Arts at Hardin-Simmons University (Abilene, Texas) is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor of Music and Director of Bands. A completed master’s degree and at least 18 completed graduate hours in Music or a closely related field is required. A doctoral degree in the field of Music is preferred although not required for this position. High School and University teaching experience is also preferred, with experience in leading student travel.
