Conchita Espinosa Academy and Conservatory of the Arts is committed to developing and training young artists. Courses are designed to meet the needs and interests of students dedicated to furthering their natural artistic talents.

We are seeking a Theater Instructor for the 2023 Summer and the 2023-2024 school year for the following:

Summer 2023 Musical Theater program (6 weeks beginning June 12)
Daytime school Theater Mastery program and general curriculum instruction
Afterschool conservatory group theater classes

Bachelor’s Degree in Theater, Fine Arts, or related field
Teaching experience with children/adolescents

The successful candidate must possess the following qualities/abilities:

Understanding of theater/drama concepts and the ability to communicate those concepts effectively to students
Passion for teaching children
Ability to comprehend and maintain a strong, genuine belief in the school’s mission and philosophy
Genuine belief that the arts play a fundamental role in the enrichment of a well-rounded individual
