THE POSITION: The Director of Orchestra Personnel (DOP) is a leadership position within the organization, responsible for delivering outstanding personnel management to the musicians of the North Carolina Symphony (NCS). The DOP is responsible for the planning and supervision of all orchestra activities, executed under the regulations of our Master Contract. The incumbent participates in the development and implementation of artistic objectives to maximize the impact of the North Carolina Symphony in the community.
