Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer
Provide executive-level, confidential, administrative, organizational and project management support for the President and Chief Executive Officer at Symphony Hall and Tanglewood. Manage the schedule and maintain electronic calendar for President; coordinate internal and external meetings initiated by the President; provide background information for all meetings and track generated action items. Interact regularly and handle requests from members of the Board of Trustees/Advisors, Executive Team, Music Director, BSO musicians, foundation and government officials, members of the press, leadership from other orchestras and arts organizations, donors, and subscribers.
