As the Production & Stage Manager you are responsible for all aspects of show production ensuring a high quality and safe production process that puts people first. You’ll be responsible for the scheduling, budgeting, contracting and execution of all aspects of physical production, including scenery, lights, costumes, props, paint, sound, and projections for all productions, camps and events; advancing GREAT’s commitment to equity and diversity in its production and design staff; stage managing our large scale musicals and overseeing a team of stage managers; and ensuring the production culture is positive, efficient, inclusive, educational, and collaborative.
