Job Description: The Educational Theatre Association seeks a detail-oriented individual to support the administration of the registration process for the International Thespian Festival, and other event support tasks. This is a temporary position which offers full-time hours for a 4 to 5 month period.
Support the processing of more than 4,000 event registrations.
Confirm that all documents related to more than 4,000 program registrants are complete and accurate.
Manage aspects of the event registration helpdesk, fielding calls and questions, to ensure that each registrant is properly registered and prepared to attend the event.
Assist with preparation of registration packets and other event materials.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Interest in theatre or the arts preferred.
