This position in the Department of English is position in the Department of English is expected to teach existing introductory and advanced English courses to include but not limited to ENG 101, ENG 102, and ENG 105. This position will also represent the Department as the liaison for High School Partnerships.
College in the High School is a state-funded way for high school juniors and seniors to earn college credit and fulfill their high school graduation requirements all while staying at their high school.
Cornerstone is the exact same as College in the High school but under Cornerstone the parents/students pay for the college credits at a significantly reduced rate. Willingness to teach a wide range of courses at all levels and modalities

Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard or Canvas

Appointment: Full-Time, Non-Tenure Track, 9 Month Appointment. Additional Summer Session teaching may be available. Central Washington University is on the quarter system with appointments from mid-September through mid-June.
